by champathon achille - Sunday, 23 March 2008, 07:04 AM
Anyone in the world

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Ana_Eileen]Ana Eileen This manifestation is certainly paying rich dividends for LG, the South Korean Electronic giant. Phones with the name of LG Shine and LG Prada KE850, have already made a whirlwind start in the market of style concious buyers. Both these brands of gorgeously stylish mobile phones are new glittering stars, shining bright in the mobile phone universe. The LG KE850 Prada is a collaborative effort from LG and Prada - the famous Italian fashion house. And embodies stupendous styling whole bodily. Already the winner of Red dots 'best of the best' styling award, this gadget, in the name of a phone is a work of art. Prada's graceful touch is visible throughout the user interface, pre-loaded content, and ring-tones. However, the state-of-art device is not all about style and grace. It comprises 2 megapixel camera featuring Schneider-Kreuznach lens, video player and a document viewer. The video player of this phone supports MPEG4, H.263 and H.264 formats. The integrated music player helps users to play songs in Mp3, ACC, ACC+, WMA, and real audio file formats. The futuristic user interface of this phone runs with Macromedia Flash player. This EDGE and tri-band phone comes with expandable memory option, supports for Blue tooth 2.0, USB 2.0, and USB mass storage. LG Shine, on the other hand, comes in two forms. LG KE970, the EDGE variant, has a carbon copy in the name of LG KU970, the HSDPA version. Both of the models are made with spellbinding finesse, capable to hypnotise onlookers with their shining vivacity. Both the models possess Schneider-Kreuznach lens-equipped 2 megapixel camera and a 2.2'' large screen with resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The screen of both the phones supports 262 colours and offers a sharp and clear viewing facility. The screen gives a stylish mirror effect while in power-off mode. Amongst both the variants from the house of LG, there lies very less to differentiate about. Both have a exquisite styling and persona of their own. Leaving the styling, the other discriminating factor that worth mentioning is the price tag that the both phone follow. And with Prada earmarking rich upper-class style concious souls, LG Shine, with its comparatively lesser cost price, shines bright to attract upper-middle fashion affectionades. Penstemon - Beardtongue - Wildflower For The Perennial Garden
by champathon achille - Thursday, 20 March 2008, 01:44 AM
Anyone in the world

By Paul Wonning Penstemmon canescens
Family Scrophulariaceae - Snapdragon
This particular penstemon is a transplant from the wild. In the woodlands of southeastern Indiana this wildflower brightens the summer forest with its pink flowers. Cuttings taken in summer rooted under mist in the greenhouse resulted in a superb addition to the perennial flower garden. Beardtongue is native from southern Indiana to Pennsylvania and south. The wildflower guides say penstemon occurs mostly in mountains, but it is present here in the hilly terrain of the southern portion of the state. In the perennial garden it grows a bit taller than in the wild and is much more generous in bloom. It will get about three feet tall and will bloom from early June until mid July. Sometimes it will bloom sporadically after that if deadheaded. Since beardtongue is a woodland flower, it will do best in partial shade to mostly shade in the perennial garden. It seems to bloom more in a sunnier location, but the plants will be more short lived. There are about 250 varieties of Penstemons in this family. One is of Asiatic origin, the remainder are North American. The most species are in the western United States. Propagation of penstemon is either from seed or cuttings taken in fall or late summer. Seeds from wild species can be sown and will come true. Hybrids will not come true from seed. Division of some species can also be done in the spring. The penstemon is a native American wildflower which can easily make the transition to the perennial garden. Also called beardtongues, these pretty wildflowers will brighten the summer shady garden with pink, white, or lavender blossoms. 2006

Cold Prevention - How I Keep My Family From Getting Colds
by champathon achille - Sunday, 16 March 2008, 06:42 PM
Anyone in the world

By Michelle Clampit Cold season is upon us and no one knows better than I do how that can impact a person. You see, I teach grade school and spend the entire winter wiping the snotty noses of my students. One day, they'll have the art of covering their mouths when they cough, but as for now, it's still a work in progress.

Let's face it, you know when you're going to get sick. If you are in tune with your body, you know the day before, or at the latest, the morning of the start of a cold. You're not really achy yet, but you don't feel well. Maybe you think you just didn't get a good night's rest. But then, you notice your throat has a tickling sensation. That's what I notice first. My throat feels just a little bit scratchy, but not so much that I can't ignore it if I'm in the morning rush to get to work on time.

The thing is, when it comes to fighting a cold, time is the most important factor. If I hit it hard as soon as I realize it is upon me, I can avoid getting sick. If I wait until the afternoon or next day, while I won't get a full blown 4-7 day long illness, I may feel that groggy, not-quite-100%-well feeling.

What do I do to avoid getting a cold? I'll tell you. First of all, I take an extra 2000 mg of vitamin C to boost my immune system. Then I rub a drop or two of therapeutic grade essential oils of lavender, lemon, and rosemary on the sides of my neck. Lavender oil has shown to be antimicrobial (Larrondo JV,et al. "Antimicrobial activity of essences from labiates." Microbios. 1995; 82(332):171-2.) According to Jean Valnet, M.D., Lemon oil can kill pneumococcus bacteria within three hours. It is anti-infectious and antiviral. Rosemary oil acts as an expectorant and has mucolytic (breaks down mucus) properties. It is also antibacterial.

The last thing I do is rub a few drops of Thieves oil from Young Living on my feet. This blend was found to have a 99.96% kill rate against airbourne bacteria when tested at Weber State University for its antimicrobial properties.

My recipe to prevent colds:
2000 mg Vitamin C 1-2 drops Lavender oil
1-2 drops Lemon oil
1-2 drops Rosemary oil
Rub oils on sides of throat. 3-5 drops Thieves (per foot)
Rub on bottom of foot, focusing on the ball of the feet,
where the Vita Flex points for the lungs are.

How to Write a Personal Ad
by champathon achille - Friday, 14 March 2008, 01:15 PM
Anyone in the world

By Jan Verhoeff Curiosity bites! But, so does cupid. So, how does one write a personal ad that attracts the right kind of attention? Dating can be such a frenzied activity, with so little time to actually meet the right person. But, here I sit, in front of the most common communication tool of our time, so how do I write an Ad that will attract the kind of person I want to date? SWF, 4 children, 46, looking for SWM with good attitude just didnt appeal to me. So, I did some research and wrote a great ad, getting lots of knocks and winks. So I thought Id share my process. 1. Before you start spouting out what you want, you need to look at what you really do want. Personally, I have a list and Ill share a few items on that list. Someone who will laugh with me, enjoys a good meal and might even help cook it, and can participate in quality conversation will work for starters. Know what you want, so you can aim for your goal. 2. Start out with some specifics and open up to more general ideas. You may know what you want, but theres only one Brad Pit, and hes not looking for someone 46 years old with 4 children. So, leave some options open and you might be surprised at who signs on as Mr. Right. Heck, Brad Pit may be available next week? 3. Write as if you already know who will be reading your Ad. You know, like its going to be your best friend, because thats the result you want from the Ad. You want a new best friend, one who will knock you off your feet (well, not literally), make you swoon with desire, and pick up his own socks. Write your Ad in a conversational tone, and talk like you would be talking to your new best friend. Maybe hell think he already knows you on the first call. 4. Dont tell them what you look like, provide a great photo of yourself. Dont tell them what kind of personality you have, show them with your conversational manner and charming style. Be yourself, and charm your way into their hearts. Be naturally yourself and share the thoughts youd want someone to know. Make your personality shine through by using active energized verbs and descriptions. Share the essence of who you are. 5. Your Ad can be as long or as short as you wish (or as the site allows) but you may want to start out with a shorter ad that you can add to as you recognize characteristics you might want to share. Its difficult to take away from an ad, but putting more in is almost always an option. Write your ad on word pad, and check your spelling and grammar. Nothing says YUK like misspelled words and bad grammar. 6. Be honest by dont dump all your issues in the ad. Nobody really cares if you have thunder thighs, one blue eye and one brown one, or just got over the plague (as long as you arent still a carrier). Be honest and share your best qualities, keep the bad qualities to yourself at this point, unless you have pointy ears and sprang from a Vulcan (which might get you more dates). 7. Dont give it all away in the ad, you want something to chatter about on your first dates besides the weather and the cost of gas. However, you might want to consider the cost of gas in where you search for your date. Consideration for the other persons wallet is a nicety that wont be forgotten. If distance may be an issue, be honest about where you live. If you are looking for Mr. or Mrs. Right you may just find them. If youre looking for a friend, thats entirely possible too. Get out there and live your life well and love will find you. Jan Verhoeff enjoys life with her family in Colorado. Her writing skills provide ample opportunity to travel and meet people. Why Should I Read Christian Dating Website Reviews?
by champathon achille - Wednesday, 12 March 2008, 09:48 PM
Anyone in the world

By Rebekah Spicer My friend Shelly was ready to try online Christian dating after years of being single, and no success in finding the right man. I directed her to dating site review web sites, but she didnt seem very interested. She asked me why she should spend her time reading reviews instead of just signing up and trying out the sites herself. Here are the main reasons to check out review web sites: First, because it saves you time. Time is money, and todays busy single often leads a very full schedule. By the time it is evening and they actually have time to get on the computer, they are probably exhausted and really just want to go to bed. The last thing they want to do is spend time filling out multiple profiles on dating sites, when only one or two may have the features they are looking for. Read a good quality review site such as www.christian-online-dating-guide.com/reviews.html . This will actually save you time because you will be able to identify what you are looking for. Find the sites that interest you and meet your needs, before you take the time to fill out the profiles. Secondly, because you will gain detailed information about these sites. You will find out that some of them have remarkable features like free personality profiles, message boards, photo albums, live chat, and so much more! You will get really excited about trying online dating when you see for yourself all it has to offer. Thirdly, you can rate the dating websites and add your comments to help other users. If you like a particular site, use this opportunity to tell other singles what makes it great. If you feel likes a certain website does not meet your needs, let others know. Finally, you will be exposed to great testimonials from other happy couples who met via online dating. You may think love will never happen to you, but these testimonials can give renewed hope that someday you, too, will find your soul-mate. Books of the Living and Dead
by champathon achille - Tuesday, 11 March 2008, 08:08 AM
Anyone in the world

By James Strong Revelation 20:12 makes a powerful claim: And I saw the dead, great and small alike, standing before the throne. Books were opened, and then another book was opened, [called] the book of the living. The dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books. Few people would keep a diary if they knew that, by a magical act of memory, the mind publishes every thought and feeling, every act and intuition, as a book to be read by everyone. Think how surprised we all will be when, at some point in the future, after crossing the border that separates mortal life from immortal life, we find ourselves in the courtroom of eternal justice. There, we will face some menacing moments. Everything we have ever done will be made public. For those whose lives are written in the book of the living, your destiny is one of eternal life with the Christ you serve. For those whose lives are not recorded in that book, the riddle of your fate, which you may have tried to unwind while on earth, will be finally unwrapped. As Revelation 20:15 pointedly states, Those who did not have their name written in the book of the living were thrown into the lake of fire. The living God, his angels and his human followers appeal to you to seek out the Christ who shines so brightly on those who know and accept him. He is the way to a perpetual life of happiness. On the day of judgment, remember this truth: Under the Son of facts all sin must melt. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Copyright 2005 by James Strong To contact James Strong, please send an email to: linwood_jl@yahoo.com. Loan Qualification Basics
by champathon achille - Saturday, 8 March 2008, 08:26 AM
Anyone in the world

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Paul_Pratt]Paul Pratt Typically, the process of obtaining a mortgage loan through a conventional lender takes 30 to 45 days to complete, but it can be shorter depending on the type of financing, the lender and the type of property being financed. Loan qualification is based on the following: Property Appraisal: Lenders require that an appraisal of the property is done to ensure that they are not lending more than the property is worth. This protects their ability to recapture the funds that they lent during a resale of the property if they were to take back the property due to borrower default. Property Condition: Certain loans require that the property be in good repair. Some lenders will require that certain things be repaired on a property prior to approving it for loan qualification. Borrower's credit history: The lender will pull a credit report on the borrower to review his credit history and determine the amount of risk they will be taking in lending to him. Borrower's employment history: Lenders typically want to see that a borrower has been in his field of work for the last two consecutive years. This doesnt mean the borrower needs to have been employed at the same job the last two years, just in the same field. If you do not have this employment history consistency, immediately disclose this to the loan officer so that he can look for programs that may not be as strict. Borrower's debt-to-income ratio: One of the factors that a lender is going to consider in evaluating your ability to qualify for a loan is known as your monthly debt-to-income or DTI ratio. Debt is considered any obligation that appears on your consumer credit report. There are two ratios that the lender will look at: the first ratio includes all of your monthly debt but does not include the monthly payment for the loan that you are applying for divided by your monthly income. The second ratio is the same equation but includes the monthly payment for the loan you are applying for. These ratios cannot exceed the percentage allowed by the applicable loan program. Borrowers down payment: Lenders do not usually allow your down payment to be borrowed. They want to see that the borrower has provided the funds themselves. The lender will require proof of down payment funds usually through three months worth of bank statements, or other statements that show the borrower has had the funds for some time. However, lenders do allow borrowers to leverage their equity from another property to make their down payment. Before a lender can qualify you for a mortgage, they will always ask to see certain financial documents. If you really want to impress the lender, you should have the documents put together before he or she asks for them. To create an impressive loan package, you'll want to start it off with a cover letter. This letter will let the lender know who you are, why you are requesting financing, and why you have chosen to use them to obtain it compliment them. In this cover letter, you should also give a brief description of the property, how many units it has, whether you intend to occupy it or not, and its purchase price. The last thing you'll want to include in the cover letter is the type of financing you need: what LTV you need, what kind of payment schedule you prefer (interest only or amortized), whether you'll be going full doc or stated income, if you are interested in a fixed interest rate or an adjustable-rate mortgage and how long of term you would like. If you are not sure what type of financing would be best for you, give the lender as much information on your plans for the property as possible if you plan to hold the property or sell it shortly, etc. A good loan officer should be able to assist you. The next page should be a table of contents of everything included in the package. You should include a Balance Sheet listing your assets, liabilities and income. Include a brief employment history for the past two years, stating the name of the company you work for, your position, your wages, your employer's name and phone number and how long you have been employed at that particular job and in that field of work. Include a copy of your credit report no more than 60 days old, copies of three months' bank statements, a copy of your most recent pay stub, copies of your last two years W2s and copies of your last two years tax returns. If you are going on stated income, then you won't need all of this information, but it is a good idea to have it organized and ready just in case. Your loan package will change with different properties and through time, but having all of this information ready will not only better prepare you for the loan process, but it will impress the lender and speed up the loan process. Unique Beach Wedding Themes
by champathon achille - Friday, 7 March 2008, 09:20 AM
Anyone in the world

By Cindy English If you are considering a beach wedding, the ideas are as endless as your imagination! One thing about choosing a beach wedding theme is that it allows you total creative freedom. Depending on the time of day, the beach can set the mood. At sunrise or sunset, it is a place of serenity, beauty and romance. Mid-day, it is the hub of excitement, activity, and fun. By nature, a beautiful scene has already been set for you. There is no need for many decorations! Are you planning an intimate wedding with just a few guests? Let the beach help you set the stage for your romantic wedding ideas with a dawn or dusk seaside ceremony. The sunrise or sunset will provide a spectacular background for your wedding photos. On the other hand, if you want to "tell the world" and have a large gathering of people, consider a mid-summer day "beach-side bash" or fantasy beach wedding that includes your guests. That's the fun part of a beach wedding - your guests can participate. Everyone has fun! Here are a few ideas to get you started... * Be Cinderella with your Prince Charming. Have him place the "glass slipper" that fits on your foot as a symbol of your perfect union. You could hire a professional sand sculptor to build a beautiful sand castle as a background for your fairytale theme. Leave in a horse drawn carriage. * Have a Pirate Wedding. Rent costumes and decorate with treasure chests fake gold coins and jewelry. Have a real treasure hunt. When you leave, sail off into the sunset. * How about an "I Dream of Jeannie" beach wedding theme? Decorate with pretty, colorful bottles in the sand like the one she was found in. At the end of the day, disappear in a cloud of smoke! * A Western beach wedding theme would be fun! Many beaches allow horseback riding. The reception could be a good old fashioned fireside "camp out" under the stars. Leave on horseback. * Have a Rainbow Wedding. Create a rainbow to wed under out of brightly colored helium filled balloons tied together. Hold them down with the "pots of gold" at each end. Have everyone bring a colored umbrella to decorate the aisle with. Great back plan up in case it rains! * Butterfly weddings are popular. Shades of yellow and orange with butterflies woven amongst the flowers in your tiara and bouquet would be beautiful. Use butterflies as boutonnieres for the guys. * A Surfing theme would be neat. Of course surf boards and "The Beach Boys" come to mind here! By the way... Don't rule out you beach wedding ideas because you don't live near an ocean. The definition of a "beach" is - "the shore of a body of water, especially if sandy or pebbly". That includes lakes and rivers. For that matter, you may have a "beach" right by your swimming pool. There are no rules. Be creative! It is your beach wedding...it can be anything you want it to be - wherever you want it to be! Most of all...have fun!
